Return Policy

Return Policy:
Pride products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All products must be new and unused with all parts and accessories in original packing.

Pride products have a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

In-Home Service Options

In-Home Service Options:
When you add the optional in-home labor services, if there are any issues with your Pride Mobility device within the first year of purchase, we will send someone to your home to diagnose and repair your unit. Battery installation not included. Any parts needed that are not covered under warranty will be billed to the customer.
